Tracelet Support
How can we help?
Email support@continuum.sa for help with Tracelet. Include the app version, your iPhone or Apple Watch model, the iOS or watchOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Start with a written description. Please do not send medical records, passwords, a full backup, or screenshots containing private health details. Contact us before sending a diagnostics file containing health information. Sending a file does not waive your privacy rights; any consent required by applicable law still applies.
Health data and missing readings
Tracelet can only show Apple Health data that exists and that you allow it to read. Review its permissions in the Health app or in your device's privacy settings. A missing result can mean the required readings or enough history are not available; it does not mean your health value is zero.
You can use manual logging without an Apple Watch. Some sleep, recovery and activity insights need compatible Health data and sufficient history.
Your data and backups
Tracelet processes your records on your devices. We cannot view your journal remotely or recover a server copy. Before deleting the app or changing devices, review your device-backup settings or export a copy through the app's data settings. Exported files can contain sensitive health information and are not encrypted by Tracelet.
Purchases
Tracelet Premium is sold through the App Store. To get Premium back on a new or reinstalled device, sign in with the same Apple Account, open Tracelet and tap Restore Purchases. To change or cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Privacy requests
Email support@continuum.sa with "Privacy request" in the subject for questions about support information you have sent us or to request its deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.

Tracelet helps you record and understand patterns in your own data. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment advice or emergency monitoring. For medical concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional; for an emergency, contact local emergency services.
