Terms of Use

Tracelet · Effective 12 October 2026 · Version 1.3

These terms are an agreement between you and Continuum Company ("Continuum", "we", "us") for the use of the Tracelet app on iPhone and Apple Watch. By downloading or using Tracelet you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Please read the health section carefully.

1 · What Tracelet is — and is not

Tracelet is a personal health journal and analytics tool. It helps you log what you take, eat, do, and feel, shows it next to data from Apple Health, and points out patterns in your own records. You choose which logging, reminder, routine and goal features to use.

Tracelet is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or condition. Tracelet displays your entries and Apple Health records and calculates estimates, trends and associations from available information. Reference ranges and methodology descriptions provide general context. They describe patterns, not causes. A correlation in Tracelet is a link in your data, not proof of an effect. A score, range, or reminder is an organizational feature only; it is not a direction, prescription, safety assessment, or confirmation that you should start, stop, continue, or change anything.

2 · Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

By using Tracelet you agree that:

3 · Who may use Tracelet

You may use Tracelet only if you can legally agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Tracelet only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you use Tracelet to log information about someone in your care, you are responsible for that use and for having their consent.

4 · Your license and Apple's Standard EULA

Your license to use Tracelet is governed by Apple's Standard EULA. These terms supplement and do not replace the Apple Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA about the license or use of Tracelet on Apple products, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Your permitted use, including any applicable Family Sharing rights, is defined by the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Tracelet except as permitted by law. Tracelet's name, design, artwork, text, methodology descriptions, and code remain the property of Continuum and its licensors.

5 · Tracelet Premium

Some features require Tracelet Premium. Premium is sold through the App Store as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Before you buy, the app shows the price in your local currency and, for a subscription, the billing period. Apple processes every purchase under the purchase terms Apple shows at that time.

6 · Your data and backups

Tracelet stores your data on your device and, only when you choose, in files you export. Tracelet has no developer-operated cloud backup or iCloud synchronization service; app data is eligible for inclusion in Apple-managed device backups by default, subject to your device backup settings and Tracelet's backup-inclusion setting. We do not maintain a recovery copy of your app database, and a file you send for support is not a backup service — see the Privacy Policy at tracelet.continuum.sa/privacy, which is part of these terms. Two consequences follow:

7 · Apple Health

Tracelet reads the Apple Health categories you permit and writes entries you choose to share back. You control both in the Health app. Health data can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or wrong depending on your devices, and Tracelet's insights inherit those limits. Do not use Tracelet to read or write another person's Health data without their consent. Your use of Apple Health is also governed by Apple's terms.

8 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Tracelet, interfere with its operation, circumvent its security or entitlement checks, use automated means to extract its content, violate another person's rights, or use it in violation of applicable law, Apple's terms, or the health commitments above.

9 · Changes to the app and these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of Tracelet. If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date and version above and present the change clearly in the app. Continuing to use Tracelet after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes do not remove accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections, and we will obtain any additional agreement required by law.

10 · Disclaimer of warranties

Tracelet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always be delivered, that any score, correlation, or trend is accurate, or that any health outcome will be achieved.

Notifications may be delayed or not delivered. Logs, scores, Health data, Watch synchronization, device backups, and exports may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or unavailable. Do not rely on Tracelet to monitor your health, supervise a treatment, provide an emergency response, or tell you when to take, stop, seek care, or rest.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continuum is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from anything you take, do, or decide, or from your reliance on any score, correlation, range, reminder, or other information displayed by Tracelet. Continuum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Tracelet. Continuum's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Tracelet will not exceed the amount you paid to use Tracelet during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies that applicable law provides. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 · Termination

You may stop using Tracelet at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. We may terminate or suspend this license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 4, 6, and 10–15 survive termination.

13 · Apple-specific terms

These terms are between you and Continuum, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Tracelet and is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. In case of Tracelet's failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of Apple Health, StoreKit, iCloud, the App Store, device backups, and other Apple services is also governed by Apple's terms and may change or become unavailable independently of Tracelet. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

14 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to Tracelet or these terms. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection or mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in another court.

15 · General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Continuum regarding Tracelet, except for the Apple Standard EULA, which governs the app license as described in section 4.
